The only question I have is, is there any reason that I couldn't sew the binding along all the edges first, and then come back and do the corner triangles? Kind of like that last corner, except to all 4.....Thanks!cheriemarie78https://www.blogger.com/profile/10793366006456229867noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16105542.post-77604578699399090302012-06-09T07:15:00.704-05:002012-06-09T07:15:00.704-05:00I am so happy to see this. In figuring out how to do it with some samples first, it was obvious that the normal flip/fold/continue sewing method of attaching binding was not going to work. After much scouring of the Internet, I finally came across your tutorial. It worked! And it was perfect!! I liked the look of the wide finished binding, it provided a dynamic framing finish. I can't wait to try it again. For the right quilt, it will provide an interesting facet to the quilt to use an extra wide binding opposed to a border. Thanks so much for your tutorial!!Lisa R.https://www.blogger.com/profile/05036213404347477559noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16105542.post-81508592117444888102012-01-08T18:05:14.653-06:002012-01-08T18:05:14.653-06:00I just tried this on a sample and it was easy.
