Wanda at
Exuberant Color has an amazing blog! I have learned a lot about color and value from her quilts and posts. Such creativity, such exuberant use of color (such an aptly named blog!), such fun! It's uplifting to visit. Today she posted a string pieced block with a layout I wouldn't have thought of. Since I just took a class about color and string piecing, it was the perfect post for me. Take a look!

YOU're right ... I follow Wanda's blog regularly.
Love the quilt class post --
Are you counting the days???
I popped over to see the quilt you recommended, and it is so beautiful. Thank you for the reference.

I'm a regular reader of Wanda's. Love her use of color.
Ditto everyone else, but I do believe that the green quilt is based upon Margaret Miller's book/pattern. But I agree that the setting is great & would be great for strings too.
Love your blog! So glad you stopped by so I could 'meet' you at mine! I'm taking off on your hyper links now, but I shall be back :)
